The 5-Step Closet Transformation Process – Revealed!

Our design process is so easy, you’d think it was a smoke-and-mirrors trick if you didn’t know better. Here’s how it goes:

1. Schedule your complimentary consultation.

Call us at 603.569.5609, or request your appointment online, and presto! A designer discusses your general closet needs with you, and schedules your appointment at your convenience, usually within a day or two.

2. Enjoy your personal design appointment.

The design process is an exchange of ideas and preferences between you and your designer, who listens to your concerns with your home’s storage needs, and takes accurate measurements of your space (Like Bob Vila said, “Measure twice, cut once.” Smart guy.)

The entire process usually takes an hour or so, depending on the number of closets, and that’s part of the secret of our success: We will never rush you. It’s your space, your time, and your convenience. We prize those facets of our meeting over anything else.

3. Receive your personal, computer-assisted design (CAD) drawings.

Within 48 hours of your design appointment (!), you receive your closet CAD drawings for your approval. If the design isn’t exactly right for you, we’ll work with you until it’s perfect for your space and your budget.

And because our parts factory consistently has the fastest lead time in the industry, we’ll be there to install your new closet in less than two weeks.

4. Get your new system installed.

Like magic, your closet is transformed in a single day. It’ll seem like the snap of your fingers, it happens so fast. But “fast” doesn’t mean “sloppy.” We’re detailed oriented, experienced, and respectful of your home, treating it as though it were our own 

5. Rave about the results at your follow up.

The system may be bought and paid for, but the service isn’t through. At no extra charge, we’ll come back for any final adjustments or slight modifications. And we want to hear how thrilled you are! We love satisfied customers, and eagerly guarantee all of our products and installations.
