One day about twenty-five years ago a client named Mrs. Hannon forever changed the way I would look at closets. Mrs. Hannon hired me to build an addition onto her bedroom because the closet that she shared with her husband drove her crazy. She wanted a closet that wasn't cluttered; one with their clothing neatly arranged so she could see and find things when she needed them. A closet that looked neat.
 
We spent the week at the Hannon's kitchen table sketching and planning, discussing options and strategies. We measured clothing and considered shelf sizes and depths.

The results were so powerful that I argued with every contractor I worked with from that date on to build sensible closets until, out of frustration, my wife Denise and I finally started our own company specializing in designing and installing custom closets.

If you think about it, it's really not about your closet. It’s about your life. Your closet is at the center of your life. It should bring order to your life not create chaos.
